Payment with credit / debit cards.

The entire payment procedure, including the introduction of credit card data, is carried out on the site of our partner bank "BBVA" and is protected by all the security systems of the bank.
Cubabeds do not have access to your credit card or store any information about it.

Cubabeds can assist you to find out if your rate admits changes or cancellations and, if you wish, we can manage your request for modification or cancellation, Cubabeds will charge of € 20.00 per reservation.
You should know that these management expenses are independent of the amounts that the Supplier may charge for making the changes or cancellation, by virtue of their terms and conditions that in the case of hotels you can see that cancellation or modification policy in the reservation process.

Return and refund of orders.

The possibility of being reimbursed by the Provider depends on its own cancellation policies.
If you have the right to be reimbursed in accordance with them, Cubabeds will manage the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
The return costs will be borne by the applicant.
